Le restaurant a obtenu une étoile Michelin en moins de neuf mois après son ouverture.
En novembre 2023, Vivien Durand a participé à un projet au Louvre avec Alain Ducasse et Musiam Paris, aux côtés de Jessica Préalpato, Florent Ladeyn, Pascal Rigo, Arnaud Chevalier et Alessandra Montagne.
